Aid Station

Distribute water, electrolytes, and snacks to runners at designated stations along the course.

Shifts: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Course Marshal

Guide runners along the correct route and ensure safety at intersections and turns.

Shifts: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Registration & Bib

Help with bib collection, registration verification, and race kit distribution.

Shifts: Fri-Sat, various times

Finish Line

Distribute medals, manage finisher chute, and assist tired runners.

Shifts: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Baggage

Manage the baggage drop area, organize and return bags to runners.

Shifts: 3:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Medical Support

Assist medical team with basic first aid and runner assistance. Training provided.

Shifts: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Volunteer Guidelines

Arrive on Time

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your shift starts for briefing and setup.

Wear Your Volunteer Shirt

Your volunteer shirt identifies you to runners and staff. Wear it throughout your shift.

Stay at Your Station

Please remain at your assigned position unless instructed otherwise by a coordinator.

Be Encouraging

Cheer for runners! Your encouragement means a lot, especially for those struggling.

If you see any safety concerns or need help, contact your station captain immediately.
