1. General Rules
- All participants must be at least 18 years old for Full Marathon and Half Marathon, 15 years old for 10K, and any age for 5K Fun Run.
- Participants must complete the medical declaration form truthfully.
- Running with animals, wheeled devices (except wheelchairs in designated categories), or any items that may endanger other runners is prohibited.
- The use of headphones is permitted but runners must remain aware of their surroundings.
- Littering on the course is prohibited. Please use designated waste bins at aid stations.
2. Registration
- All registrations are final and non-refundable.
- Bib transfers are allowed until 2 weeks before race day with a transfer fee.
- Category changes must be requested at least 3 weeks before race day.
- Runners must collect their own race kits with valid photo ID.
- Race bibs are non-transferable on race day.
3. Race Day Rules
- Runners must wear their official race bib visibly on the front of their torso.
- Folding, altering, or covering the race bib is prohibited.
- Runners must start from their assigned wave/corral.
- Following the official course route is mandatory. Shortcuts will result in disqualification.
- Runners must pass through all timing checkpoints.
- Accepting unofficial assistance is prohibited.
4. Timing & Results
- Chip time (net time) will be used for official results.
- Gun time will be used for age group and overall awards.
- Results will be published online within 24 hours of race completion.
- Runners who do not finish within the cut-off time will be recorded as DNF.
- Appeals regarding results must be submitted within 48 hours.
5. Grounds for Disqualification
- Not wearing the official race bib correctly
- Using another runner's bib (bib swapping)
- Taking shortcuts or not following the official course
- Missing timing checkpoints
- Receiving unauthorized assistance
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Failing to meet cut-off times at checkpoints
6. Awards
- Prize money is available for overall top 3 male and female in Full Marathon and Half Marathon.
- Age group awards are given to top 3 in each category.
- Winners must be present at the awards ceremony to claim prizes.
- Top finishers may be required to undergo drug testing.
- Prize money will be transferred within 30 days after results verification.
